| 摘 要： | 高校人事档案管理是高校成长、发展过程中最直接的见证。然而在新形势下的高校人事档案工作中,依然存在着一些普遍性的问题。依照信息化、科学化、规范化的人事档案工作要求,高校人事档案管理还需要进一步加强管理,注意解决高校人事工作档案工作中新矛盾和新问题。

| Abstract: | The management of personnel files in colleges and universities is a direct witness to the growing and developing of the schools.However,there are still some general problems in the current management of personnel files in colleges and universities.Thus to meet the requirements of information,standardization,and scientific management,the management of personnel files in colleges and universities needs to be further strengthened to solve its new contradictions and problems. |
