| 摘 要： | 本文从现代科技发展对社会经济和法制建设深刻而广泛的影响切入 ,对于科技法制建设的时代需求、科技法学与科技法制建设的关系、我国科技法制建设和科技法学科发展存在的问题等进行了分析 ,指出科技法制建设是科教兴国战略和依法治国方略的集中体现 ,科技法学是一个同当代科技发展密切相关的新兴交叉学科 ,需要科技界与法学界共同予以关注

| Abstract: | The author in this paper,in respect to the profound impact of the development of S&T legal system and S&T on the social economy and construction of legal system ,analyses the needs of the times of the construction of S&T leagl system,the relationship of the S&T legal system and S&T law,China's problems in the construction of S&T legal system and S&T law,etc.and points out that the construction of S&T legal system is the centralized reflection of the strategy of prospering the country by S&T and running the state by law,S&T law is a new cross course in close connection with the development of modern S&T,and that it needs the focus of both S&T and jurisprudenticial circles. |
