| 摘 要： | 学术期刊是由学术组织、研究机构、高等学校等主办的反映其所属会员、所属研究人员科研成果为主的、定期出版的刊物.对学术期刊进行分级,有必要性和可行性,并且意义重大.关于其分级问题,在理论上可谓众说纷纭,在实践上,也是政出多门,政府界、学术界、期刊界对之都有不同的解释和采取不同的方法.真正实现学术期刊科学分级的关键是厘清现状,找出分级的科学依据、方法,以此确定分级的标准,同时要采取科学的分级方法.
