中国HDI发展水平及其国际比较

在中国改革开放过程中，经济社会发生了巨大变化，全体国民的生活水平也有了显著提高。本文以人类发展指数（HDI）为指标对改革开放三十年来的中国居民的总体生活水平进行了评价，并与世界平均水平以及发展中国家的数据进行了比较分析。结果表明中国的HDI，尤其是GDP指数、教育指数、出生时的预期寿命指数等指标都有了显著提高。但从长远来看，大力发展经济，加强教育投资以及完善社会保障制度，仍然是中国提高HDI需要着力解决的问题。

The Level of Chinese HDI and Its International Comparison

China has witnessed enormous changes socially and economically and the living standard of its citizens has been enhanced prominently since the reform and open policy. This paper analyses and evaluates the general living standard of the citizens in China＇s mainland since it opened to the outside world 30 years ago by using Human Development Index and comparing with the average standard of all over the world, especially the developing countries. The research indicates that China＇s HDI has been improved markedly, especially for its GDP, education, life expectancy at birth etc. But in the long run, the critical p,~blem for China is to enhance investment in education and improve its social insurance system while developing its economy rapidly.
