| 摘 要： | 市场运行机制需要制度保障。在市场经济的初级阶段,民商法是保障市场运行的制度基础。随着市场经济的发展和完善,垄断、外部性和社会分配不公正等经济和社会问题阻碍了市场经济的运行。经济法就是为了克服市场经济本身的痼疾而出现的法律部门。

Economy law as a branch of law is overcoming the innate malady of market economy. |
