| Abstract: | This paper shares the following ideas as to talents introduction & team construction of colleges and universities.Talents are of vital importance to the development of colleges & universities and the introduction of talents is a shortcut for the team construction.The introduction of talents should be in step with such conditions as being up to date,emphasizing practical results,laying stress on management,making it possible for the talents team to be stable and devoted. |
