社会主义和谐社会文化构建的思考

党的十六届六中全会提出“建设和谐文化是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要任务”,党的十七大进一步要求加快推进和谐社会建设,充分发挥和谐文化在构建和谐社会中的积极作用..党的十八大也明确提出在新的历史条件下,为夺取中国特色社会主义新胜利,需坚持促进社会和谐,并使之成为全党全国各族人民的共同信念..培育和建设社会主义和谐文化是构建和谐社会的基础性工程,本文通过分析建设和谐文化在和谐社会中的特殊地位和作用,阐述了构建和谐文化的必要性,同时也指出当代和谐文化建设所面临的问题,并简要介绍了构建和谐文化的路径.

Reflections on the Construction of Harmonious Socialist Culture

At the Sixth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the Party,it is put forward that ＂to build a harmoninus culture is an important task of the building of a harmonious socialist society. ＂ At the Seventeenth Central Committee of tile Patty,it is required that the building of a harmonious society be accelerated and enhanced, and that the active timction of the harmonious cuhure be fully played in the buihting of harmonious society. At the Eighteenth Central Commitlee of tire Party,it is clearly declared that in the new historical situation,in order to achieve a new victory in the building of soeialism with Chinese characteristics,it is imperative that social harmony be adhered to and it be made the common belief of both our Party and all nations of our country. Since cultivating and building the harmonious socialist euhure is the basic project for the buihting of a harmonious society, this paper, based on an analysis about the special position and role of the cuhure in a harmonious society,expounds the necessity of the construction of a harmonious culture, and at the same time, points out the problems that arise in the process of building and briefly introduces the ways to the buihting of a harmonious culture.
