论抗战时期陕甘宁边区政府与民众的政治沟通

政治沟通是人类政治生活中所有政治行为的前提和基础。政府只有和民众之间进行良好的政治沟通，才能取得民众的政治支持，从而实现自己的政治理想和政治目标。抗战时期，中国共产党及其领导的陕甘宁边区政府极其注重加强与民众之间的政治沟通。为此，中国共产党在陕甘宁边区大力发展文化教育事业，推动大众传媒的发展；并建立和完善基层民主政权体制及各种群团组织，从而获得民众的政治认同，树立自己的政治权威，获得政治合法性。

The Political Communication between the Government of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region and the Populace during the Anti-Japanese War

Political communication is the prerequisite and the basis of all political behaviours in human political life . Any government is supposed to communicate sincerely with the populace if it is to win their support politically and achieve its political ideal and political target .During the Anti-Japanese War ,the CPC and the government in Shannxi-Gansu-Ningia border region under its leadership attached great importance to its political cimmunication with the populace .Thereafter ,the CPC successfully developed in the region cultural and educational cause ,promote the development of mass media;it also es-tablished and improved the grass-root democratic political power and all sorts of organizations ,and won the political recog-nization of the people and established its own authority as well as its validity .
