| 摘 要： | 强迫劳动罪是根据《刑法修正案（八）》对刑法原第244条规定的强迫职工劳动罪进行修订后确定的新罪名。修订后的强迫劳动罪拓宽了犯罪主体和对象,增添了犯罪手段和形式,加大了刑罚惩治力度。但在犯罪手段的有限例举问题上仍需要进一步加以完善。

| Abstract: | The crime of forced labor is a new accusation in the 8th Amendments to the Criminal Law,revised from the crime of forcing workers to work in Article 244 of Criminal Law. Compared with the original crime,the revised crime of forced labor has changed a lot in guilt and prescribed penalty. So it is necessary to explain it deeply. |
