摘    要:跨文化交际培养已成为全球化时代的重要课题,作为其核心要素的跨文化交际敏感度开始受到众多学者关注。国外学者已经从理论和实践上对其进行大量研究,包括定义、组成层面、与跨文化交际能力的相关性、测评以及培训方法。众多研究显示,跨文化交际敏感度与跨文化交际能力成正相关。因此,培养学生的跨文化交际敏感度,有助于提高学生的跨文化交际能力,促使其有效地完成跨文化交流。

An Investigation and Study on Non-English Major Postgraduates’ Intercultural Sensitivity

Abstract:The cultivation of intercultural competence has been one of the most important research subjects in the age of globalization.The intercultural sensitivity considered as the core element of intercultural competence has attracted many scholars’ attention.Many foreign scholars have undertaken a large number of investigations from the theoretical and practical level,including its definition,dimensions,assessment,cultivation and its correlation with intercultural competence.A lot of researches show that intercultural sensitivity has a positive relation with intercultural competence.Therefore,it is imperative to enhance students’ intercultural sensitivity in order to improve their intercultural competence and realize the final goal of effective intercultural communication.
