在新的历史时期, 中国共产党进行必须在以实现社会的稳定、和谐发展作为利益整合的目标,以人民利益观作为利益整合的宗旨,以社会公正作为利益整合的准绳为利益整合理论原则的基础上,加强伦理道德的调节,建立和完善利益约束机制,完善利益表达机制,改变某些制度性因素对阶层利益不均衡的强化作用。同时,增强党的权威,加强党对权力的制约与监督。

The Overall Strategy of CPC's Benefits Integration in the New Era

In the new historical period, to carry out benefits integration the Communist Party of China should strengthen the adjustment of ethics and morals, establish and perfect benefit restraining mechanism, perfect benefit expressing mechanism, change the strengthening functions of some institutional factors to social stratum benefit imbalance, and it must be based on the theory principles of taking social stabile and harmonious development as the goal of benefit integration, taking the view of people＇s benefit as the aim of benefit integration, and taking social justice as the criterion of benefit integration. At the same time, the Communist Party of China should strengthen the Party＇s authority, reinforce the Party＇s restraint and supervision to power.
