| 摘 要： | 语言和文化相互依存,文化对语言的渗透是全方位的,因而文化差异自然体现在词汇层面上,本文围绕几种动物词汇在英汉两种语言中不同的文化内涵来说明文化差异、背景知识对翻译的影响,进而指出为了避免产生跨文化交际障碍而在文化交流中进行合理恰当的文化转换是翻译的使命。

| Abstract: | Language and culture depend on each other.Because culture permeates language from every aspect,naturally,cultural difference is embodied on lexical level.In this essay is a comparision of cultural connotation some species of animal stand for between Chinese and English so as to illustrate how cultural difference and background effect translation.So,in translation,adequate cultural convention should be made to complete the cultural communication. |
