| 摘 要： | 从现状分析，我国高等学校在国家创新活动中的地位和作用未能得到应有发挥，本文通过将创新的“线性推式”模型扩展为“立体化拉式”创新活动关联模型，强调了高等学校在国家创新体系中的功能。在此基础上提出了高等学校科技创新资源整合模型和以知识资产为驱动的教育创新机制分析模型，讨论了高等学校综合运用创新能力、整合创新资源、更有效地开展创新活动的途径。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the role of higher colleges in national innovation system through a comparison be- tween research institutions in China and the other countries,then presents a solid model through which the func- tion of universities in national innovation system is discussed.It also suggests an innovation resource and capabil- ity model to analyze the mechanism of innovation in higher education. |
