| Abstract: | Maritime integrity is the soft power for maritime development and one of the ＂spiritual supports＂ of maritime rise. It is of great significance to accelerate the construction of Fujian maritime integrity mechanism. The establishment of the mechanism should follow the principles of unified leadership, step - by - step implementation and close coordination. The framework of the mechanism should be based on maritime integrity, enterprise integrity, personal integrity and maritime integrity culture. |
