| 摘 要： | 历代藏书家和近代、现代图书馆工作者,通过收集、保存和传递那些记录了人类文明活动的图书,不断地赋予这些"人类记录"以新的意义和现实价值,其主要从历史文化的新生、历史精神的发扬、历史经验的拓展和历代记录的繁衍等四个方面展开.为保存和传递"人类纪录"的历代藏书家和图书馆人功不可没,现代图书馆馆员应努力创造条件,使图书馆馆藏的历代人类纪录实现其现实价值,并让历史"纪录"与新时代的"纪录"交相辉映.
