| 摘 要： | 科技成果转化受到体制、观念、风险基金匮乏、科技成果自身成熟度等因素影响。促进科技成果转化主要是要加快科技体制改革和国有科研院所改制力度,使企业成为科技成果转化的主体,加强科研单位与企业的结合,建立科技成果转化风险基金,构筑科技创新文化环境。

| Abstract: | The difficulties with the transfer of scientific and technological achievements come from system, ideology, lack of risk funds, and immaturity of sci-tech researches. To promote the transfer of sci-tech achievements, efforts must be made to quicken the reform of sci-tech system and speed up the restructuring of state-owned sci-tech research institutions so that enterprises will become the subject in the very process. The cooperation between sci-tech research institutions and enterprises should be encouraged; the risk funds for the commercialization of research findings should be created; and a cultural environment good for sci-tech innovations must be constructed. |
