| 摘 要： | 基于企业利益相关者和企业年度报告内容，建立了一套企业社会责任水平的评价体系，并以浙江民营上市企业为例实证研究了企业社会责任水平和企业绩效水平之间的关系，结论支持了企业积极地承担社会责任有助于提升企业绩效的观点。

| Abstract: | The paper sets up a rating system to measure the level of corporate social responsibility according to the stakeholders and annual report of the corporate.Taking for example the private companies of Zhejiang listed in securities exchange,the paper conducts a research of the relation between the level of the corporate social responsibility and the corporate performance.The result confirms that corporate social responsibility can improve the corporate performance. |
