| 摘 要： | 科学研究活动系统是一个由多个子系统构成的有机系统.科学评价以整个科学研究活动系统为评价对象,也由一系列相互作用的要素构成.科学评价系统主要由科学评价主体系统、科学评价中介系统和科学评价客体系统构成.认识科研活动系统是构建科学评价系统的起点,而认识科学评价系统的要素及其关系是构建科学评价系统的关键.

| Abstract: | The science research system is a organic system which is composed of several subsystems.Science evaluation system takes the science research system as object,it is also made up of series interacting factors,that is science evaluation subject system,intermediary system and object system.Understanding science research system is the start of constructing science evaluation subject system,and comprehending factors of science evaluation subject system and their relationship is the key. |
