| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以后，随着美国高校毕业生就业压力的增加，美国就业指导服务体系有了以下转向：就业指导理念系统由以就业为本向以人的发展为本转变；就业指导理论系统由单个理论指导向整合理论指导转变；就业指导主体系统由以高校为主向政府、用人单位、中介组织、高校协作转变；高校就业指导服务内容系统由单一内容的被动服务向多内容的主动服务转变；就业指导模式系统由择业指导向个人发展辅导转变。综合而言，此类研究的重点是：以人为本理念的落实；就业指导理论的整合；就业指导主体之间的协作机制；服务内容的融合与效度。
