| 摘 要： | 入世后,对世贸组织规则的遵守和对我国已做出承诺的履行,必然要求我国外贸政策做出相应的调整,从而会使我国对外商直接投资的利用受到很大影响.文章试从利用外商直接投资的模式、政策、产业结构、地区结构方面探讨了应对之策.

| Abstract: | For the fulfillment of the rules and duties after China's entry into WTO, China has to adjust its foreign trade policy and this adjustment would affect its policy of using foreign direct investment. This paper probes into the countermeasures for China's use of foreign direct investment in terms of the mode, policy, industrial structure and regional structure. |
