The Biden administration agrees with the Trump administration`s understanding of China and inherits the basic idea of its containment strategy against China.At the same time,it has stepped up the implementation of the"Alliance Strategy"against China,attracted more allies,and continued to suppress China in the fields of intellectual property rights,technology transfer,subsidies,industrial policies,science and technology by using international rules and laws,which has seriously affected the process of China`s rapid development.It has enhanced the complexity and difficulty to China`s peaceful settlement of the Taiwan Question.Thus,China must take some early responses.
