| 摘 要： | 行政解决作为一种非诉讼解决方式，在农村纠纷的司法解决难以施行的情况下更具有可行性、实用性。相关法律也对农村纠纷的行政解决办法做出了明确规定。但由于目前我国法律体系仍处于发展完善过程中，特别在农村国家正式的法律秩序还未形成，这就导致我国农村纠纷的行政解决机制存在一些比较突出的问题，需要引起足够重视。关键词：农村纠纷；行政解决；法律规定；现实不足
