| 摘 要： | 加强农村精神病患者的救治与监管,真正帮助精神病患者,是摆在各级政府面前的一项重要任务。通过对抚州市云山镇与河埠乡的实证调查,对农村精神病患者的生存现状进行了描述,分析了农村精神病患者救治与监管中存在的问题,并在此基础上,提出要加快精神卫生立法工作,使农村精神病患者的救治与监管有法可依;建立社会支持系统,提高农村精神病患者的生活质量;建立健全有效的经费保障机制,减轻精神病患者的家庭经济负担;完善政府监管体系,预防农村精神病患者的社会危害行为。
