| 摘 要： | 面对当今社会对人才的需求,传统的大学英语翻译教学已显得不适应,必须对这一传统模式进行改革,结合有效的翻译理论,注重学生翻译素质的培养。功能主义学派研究的重点是文本功能、翻译行为及其目的、翻译策略。把功能主义翻译理论应用到英语翻译教学中,有利于帮助学生在翻译过程中更好地理解篇章内容,较快地培养翻译能力。从功能主义途径探讨大学英语翻译教学,也必将进一步拓宽翻译教学研究的思路。
