| 摘 要： | 连锁式农民工社会教育以现代信息技术手段为平台，突破时空、区域、单位的物理阻隔，具有有机整合、宏观调控与各地灵活适宜的优势，致力于构建城乡沟通、城市相通的服务于农民工可持续发展的社会教育体制。这种教育，既是克服传统农民工社会教育局限，实现自身和谐的教育，更是促进社会和谐发展的基础。这种优势突出、意义明显的连锁式农民工社会教育具有实施的价值基础、现实基础和运行基础，具有实施的可行性。
