| 摘 要： | 在社会竞争日趋激烈的今天，大学生心理问题呈逐年上升趋势，这不仅影响其在校学习和生活，还将影响其终身发展，这是对思想政治教育工作提出的严峻挑战。充分发挥高校辅导员在大学生心理健康教育工作中的重要作用，是目前做好大学生心理健康教育、促进大学生整体心理健康水平不断提高、培养高素质人才的重要举措之一。
