| 摘 要： | 江苏在全国率先提出建设文化大省,发展文化产业,具有一定的优势,也存在一定的制约因素。政府必须驱动文化产业迅速崛起:以文化观念更新为先导,大力发展文化产业;以文化产业规划为龙头,尽快形成江苏文化产业走廊;以文化体制创新和机制转换为突破口,以政策为导向,以资产为纽带,以控股为手段,积极推进市场化运作,社会化分工,集约化经营;以人力资本为基础,以高科技为支撑,不断提升文化产业的核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the major state and tendency of the development of Jiangsu culture industry,the article suggests its quick rising through government drive,which includes developing culture industry preceded by renewal of notions,forming the hallway of Jiangsu culture industry as soon as possible through effective programming,boosting the commercialization,division and intensive management of culture industry beginning with culture system innovation and mechanism transforming,with the guide of policy,link of asset and by means of holding sufficient shares,and increasing the core competitiveness of culture industry with the essential support of human resources and high-tech. |
