| 摘 要： | 人力资源管理系统的建立是提高人力资源管理科学化和现代化的重要手段。文章对高校开发人力资源管理系统的必要性进行了分析,并结合实际提出了一种借鉴人力资源管理理论、基于C/S和B/S混合结构、充分利用校园网络环境的高校人力资源管理系统的运行模式。 |

| Abstract: | The establishment of human resource management system is the important means to enhance the scientification and modernization of human resources management.The article analyzes the necessity of the development of human resources management system,and proposes a new operating mode of human resource management system which draws on the theory,based on the C/S and B/S structure and making full use of the campus network environment. |
