| 摘 要： | 程序滥用是一个为许多普通法系国家认可的侵权行为概念。通常被理解为对国内诉讼程序正当性在一定程度上的悖反。但目前对“程序滥用”具体内涵仍缺乏统一的理解，各国立法对它的认知与评价也差距甚大，相关问题仍有待深入研究。

However, it＇s meaning isn＇t unified and legislative evaluations also differ from each other. As a result, relative research needs to go further. |
