| 摘 要： | 法律观念是影响法治建设的一个重要因素。在我国正式成为世界贸易组织成员后 ,国际法在我国国内各领域的作用日趋明显。以WTO为代表的国际法背景对人们传统法律观念影响深远 ,我们应当形成一种全面、科学的现代法律观念 ,以适应国家现代法治建设需要。

| Abstract: | Law sense is one of the important factors affecting the constitutionality building. After our nation became a regular member of WTO, the international law has a more and more obvious effect in our land. The international law background represented by WTO has a far-reaching effect on our traditional law sense. We should form an all-round and scientific modern law sense to meet the need of our national constitutionality building. |
