| 摘 要： | 教育强国由竞争力尤其是核心竞争力决定。我国高校核心竞争力中的培养世界一流人才的能力、世界一流的研究能力和吸引世界一流研究生的实力三要素与世界一流大学相比存在很大差距。造成这种差距有历史、经济、体制、政策等方面原因。分析这些原因，解决这些问题会提高我国高校的核心竞争力，促进我国高教向教育强国迈进，从而促进强国战略的实现。 |
