| 摘 要： | 在现行管理体制下,部分高校实验室教学与管理中仍存在着机构不健全、经费投入不足、人员素质亟待提高,实验教学内容、手段落后等问题。据此,应在实验室管理体制、师资队伍、实验教学等方面作出改革,使高校实验教学和实验室建设与新时期教育的发展相适应。

| Abstract: | Many problems in laboratory teaching and management as the following are faced under the current management mechanism: distempered system, inadequate funding, inappropriate person quality and unsound experimenting materials and methods. This paper accordingly introduces some reforms in terms of laboratory management mechanism, teaching faculty and laboratory experiment pedagogy to match the current needs of the development of education. |
