新生代农民工党建工作问题研究

新生代农民工党建工作存在组织关系管理疏漏多、党员发展难度大、基层党组织认识不足等问题,主要由城乡党建分割、新生代农民工党员出现新情况新变化、缺乏组织领导和理论指导等原因造成。大力开展新生代农民工党建工作,必须建立健全科学的新生代农民工党员管理机制,探索和创新有效的新生代农民工入党办法,建立和完善新生代农民工党员关怀激励机制,建设高素质新生代农民工党建工作人才队伍,营造新生代农民工党建工作发展环境。

The CPC Work of the Party Building among the New Generation of Migrant Workers: Research of the Problems

The CPC work of Party building among the new generation of migrant workers has such problems as the inadequate management of membership credentials,the difficulties in recruiting Party members and the lack of understanding in the grassroot organizations.Those problems stem from the following causes： the separation of urban and rural Party building;the new situations and changes appearing among Party members of new generation of migrant workers;the lack of organizational leadership and theoretical guidance,etc.In order to carry on the work vigorously,it is essential to do the following： set up and perfect scientific management mechanisms for these Party members;explore and innovate effective ways for these workers to join the Party;establish and improve the caring and incentive mechanisms;develop highly qualified personnel teams for Party building work and create the environment for the development of this work.
