浅析高校独立学院的转型与发展

独立学院的产权结构决定了其性质为面向市场的民办教育,目前,它靠依附母体公办高校与独立民办高校展开生源争夺,违反了市场竞争规则和中国高等教育多元化、分层化的发展战略。因此,要实现独立学院的转型与发展,必须加大转型步伐,解决公益性与营利性的矛盾关系,明确自身的角色定位,逐步走向独立,成为真正的民办高校。
