| 摘 要： | 先秦儒家政治是一种德化的政治,由一群道德精英所领导,是一种内以成圣,外而成王的圣王政治。先秦儒家政治与道德的关系,可以从圣王原理中窥其大纲:从惟圣者始当王和惟圣者始能王,去了解圣王的权利与义务;从即道德即政治,即政治即道德,去了解圣王的政教一如;从尊君礼臣重民,去了解圣王的统治型态。因此,先秦儒家的道德精英主义是以道德教化为政治,化政治为道德;先秦儒家政治与道德的关系就是以道德言政治,统政治于道德中。
