情绪疗法:矫正儿童行为问题的新视角

以往对儿童行为问题的矫治方法大体有四类:行为矫正方法,心理动力学法,心理教育法和社会生态学方法。随着对儿童情绪机制的研究逐渐深入,情绪与儿童行为问题之间的关系也被认可,研究者开始认识到情绪对问题行为儿童矫治的重要作用。影响行为问题儿童情绪的因素有气质、教养方式、家庭环境和社会文化背景等。主要的情绪疗法有:情绪宣泄,积极联想,自我暗示、角色扮演和投射绘画等。情绪疗法把握住了行为的情绪动因,对问题行为儿童的行为影响更为直接和有效。

Emotional Therapeutics: New Rectifying Approach for Children's Behavior Problem

There were 4 methods for children's behavior problem:behavior rectifying method,motivity learning method,educationnal method and ecological method.Along with going deep gradually into the research of children's emotional mechanism,the relation between emotion and children's behavior problem is also approved,which provided the basis for the emotional therapeutics of children's behavior problem.There are lots of factors that influence behavior problem children's emotion:temperament,breeding method,family environment and social cultural background,etc.We can put the emotional therapeutics into effect to children with behavior problems in accordance with these influence factors.Emotional therapeutics can be divided into 4 steps:mood catharsis,self-suggestion,positively association and role playing.
