关于太行山区农村社会保障制度问题的探讨

本文对太行山区现有社会保障体系的供给情况进行了分析,从社会保障的功能、社会保障体系的建设情况两方面说明了太行山区社会保障体系的供给存在着不足,并对太行山区社会保障体系建设的认识不足、资金不足、运营问题和运行机制不完备这四个突出问题进行了分析。最后,给出了完善太行山区社会保障体系建设的可行性对策。

On the Rural Social Security System in Taihang Region

This paper analyzes and puts forward the defection of the supply of rural social security in Taihang region from the function and construction of rural social security system and their aftereffect. Than we analyze four protrudent problems: cognition of Rural Social Security, origin of capital, exertion of funds and functional mechanism. Lastly, we propose feasible countermeasures of perfecting rural security system in Taihang Region.
