| 摘 要： | 列宁的新经济政策是对马克思、恩格斯关于建设社会主义理论的创造性发展。它是列宁在当时经济文化落后的俄国的一种改革运动，实质上是以社会主义体制与资本主义市场经济相结合的一种“混合”经济的创造性实验。本文从新经济政策确立的历史背景、新经济政策的基本内容以及新经济政策的具体实践和历史命运三方面对其进行了分析和探讨；

| Abstract: | Lenin＇s New Economic Policy creatively developed Marx--Engles＇ theory on the constnlction of socialism. It was an innovation in Russia with the backward economy and culture. Basically, it was a creative mixed experiment between socialist system and capitalist market economy. The paper analyzes Lenin＇s New Economic Policy from three aspects： background, content practice anti destiny. |
