| 摘 要： | 近年来,某些发达国家和发展中国家竞相对我国发起反倾销诉讼,针对这种现象,文章比较了发达国家和发展中国家对华反倾销的差异,并分析了产生这种差异的原因,然后探讨了面对这种差异我国应该采取的应对措施,以期保护好自身的合法利益. |

| Abstract: | In recent years,Chinese exportation suffers greatly from developed countries' and developing countries' anti-dumping against China.Facing to this sort of phenomenon this paper compares the difference in the anti-dumping against China from developed countries and developing countries,analyzes the reasons of the difference,and considers the correct countermeasures for the development of Chinese enterprises and protection of China's advantage. |
