| 摘 要： | 以英语习得为例,通过对英语本族语者和英语为第二语言的学习者的测试调查,根据被试者对若干句子的直觉和语法判断,探求本族语者与第二语言学习者分别在第一语言和第二语言习得中发展的语言能力是否存在差异,以及普遍语法在语言习得中的作用等问题。结论认为,本族语者和第二语言学习者的语言能力不存在根本性差异,普遍语法作用于第一语言习得和第二语言习得。

| Abstract: | The article addresses the debate about whether second language learners can develop identical competence of the same language as native speakers. I investigated the interpretation of 15 English sentences by native speakers of English and Chinese. The data suggest that L2 learners have similar interpretation as English native speakers, and they observe constraints defined by universal grammar, constraints which are not realized in L1. |
