| Abstract: | That social security funds enter capital market being in motion and doing business is that the person realizes the important approach preserving or increasing the value.Reinforcing the target guaranteeing a fund to the agency entering the market,investing in a supervisor mode,investing in administration,investing in the implement and the choice overseeing a pattern,insisting on becoming market-oriented operation,making the fund's effectively preserving or increasing the value,has a strategy significance to our nation. |
