| 摘 要： | 新闻媒体对于民生问题,既要热情关心,敢于为民鼓与呼,又要防止片面反映群众问题,要具体问题具体分析,而分析的依据就是有关政策和法规。否则,就不能做到使党和政府及读者都满意,也不能提高舆论监督水平。

| Abstract: | News and media should not only be concerned about the people. They should also stand up for people and avoid one-sided reports. Problems must be analyzed in concrete terms and the analysis must be based on the relative policies and regulations and rules. Otherwise, they would fail to meet the requirements by the government and readers. They cannot improve the general public supervision, either. |
