通过介绍互文性这一概念的发展过程及文本中互文参照的分类情况,从微观角度(词、句层面的具体互文性)探讨了互文性对文学翻译的影响和价值。通过分析原文中前文与现文具体语料的互文现象及其给译者带来的问题,提出了几种文学翻译策略,即直译、文化替代、文中注释或脚注、省略和音译。

An Intertextual Approach to Translation at the Micro-level

Based on a brief introduction of the development and classifications of intertextuality,this thesis proposes to deal with a number of situations where intertextuality impacts on the translation process and analyzes the problems the translator may have to face.The author mainly discusses the influence of intertextuality on literary translation at the micro-level(specific intertextualtity at the lexical and syntactic level).Several strategies dealing with intertextual references in literary works are suggested: literal translation,cultural substitution,elaboration and explication supplied by the translator either within the text or in a footnote,omission and transliteration.
