| 摘 要： | 孙中山民主宪政思想就是建立具有以宪法为保障的,靠法律机器和权力运转的,实行民主政治制度的资产阶级民主共和国的思想。文中通过对孙中山民主宪政思想中关键主题(民主与法治)的论述和探讨,目的是为我国正在进行的政治体制改革提供思想参考和值得借鉴的内容。

| Abstract: | What reminds us of Sun Yat-sen's Democratic Constitutional Thought is to realize the thought of Capitalist Class democratic republic, which implementing democratic political system, with ensuring with the constitution and turning round by law machine and power. In this article, it's important intention that offer some consulting thought and content of worth use for reference for political structure reform of our country by argumentting and discussing to the key theme (Democratic and Nomocracy ) of Sun Yat-sen's Democratic Constitutional Thought. |
