权力诸种概念述评

权力是现代政治社会生活的重要现象,但对权力的定义学术界一直众说纷纭,其中国外具有代表性的观点有能力说、因果说、关系说、决策说、结果说、集体说、信息交换说、权利说等。国内学者也从不同的角度对权力进行了界定,但普遍倾向于力量说和控制说。国内外学者对权力概念的界定都体现了人们对权力认识的不断深化。

Power is an important phenomenon in modern politics and social life.But in academic circles there are many different opinions on the concepts of power,representative viewpoints of abroad scholars described power form aspects,e.g.capability,cause and effect,relationship,decision-making,outcome collective,information exchange,right and so on.Scholars in homeland defined power form different angles,which inclined to strength and control.All of these concepts reflect the process of approaching to the cognizance of power.
