| 摘 要： | 在网络技术背景下,侵犯个人隐私权事件频频发生。究其原因,主要是网络技术的异化、网络操作主体的道德失范和政府部门的监管不力。对此,应当加强网络主体伦理原则渗透,加大网络隐私侵权行为的技术控制,构建一体化的政府网络监管体系。

| Abstract: | It occurs that infringement of privacy is on the increase under the background of network technology ,and the reasons for it mainly lie in the alienation of network technology, the moral anomy of the network technological operators and the poor supervision on part of the governments. To deal with the situation, it is imperative to strengthen the infiltration of the ethic principles about network objects and the technological control of the network infringement of privacy, and to build an integrated governmental supervision system of network. |
