试论清王朝在西北边疆地区的民族立法

清朝重新统一西北边疆民族地区以后,本着国家法制统一和从俗从宜的原则,制定了一系列适用于西北边疆各少数民族的基本法和单行法,以朝廷名义颁布下达。这些法令的实施,在一定程度上保障了西北边疆地区的安宁、发展与繁荣,也充分显示出清王朝重视民族立法的显著民族政策特点。

Brief Accounts on National Legislation at Northwest Frontier Regions in the Qing Dynasty

After reuniting the Northwest frontier,the Qing Dynasty formulated a series of elementary law and separate custom suitable for this region based on the principles of the unification of country's law and regulations popularly and appropriatly in the name of government.The implentation of those laws and regulations guaranteed the frontier'peace,development and prosperity and indicated the distinctive national characteristics that the government put emphasis on the national legislation.
