| 摘 要： | 国家非常重视研究与开发机构（以下简称研发机构）的研发问题,研发机构的R＆D（研究与开发）经费支出比重呈现逐年增长趋势,数量越来越大,增长趋势越来越快。2000年以后,我国研发机构R＆D经费支出呈现猛增趋势,说明国家对研发机构的支持力度进一步加强,而越来越多的投入经费的使用效用就显得尤为关键。

| Abstract: | Great attention is paid to the research and development of R&D.The number of R&D expenditure turns larger and larger,and the growth trends becomes more and more rapid.Since 2000,R&D expenditure of our country has been increased greatly,showing that our country gives much more approval to R&D.So,the utility of increased investment turns out to be of great essence. |
