公共事业民营化改革刍议

Brief Discussion on Reform for Privatization of Public Service

To raise the management efficiency of public service,the government should introduce into public service reform the market competition system by means of privatization.A discussion has been given to the possibility of providing public service production in a private way,for the present way of providing public service production affects the efficiency in providing such production,and greatly relates to the success of reform for privatization.In addition,the function,implication and procedure of reform for privatization of public service are briefly discussed.
