金融租赁业发展过程中存在的主要问题及对策

金融租赁作为一种新型的融资方式自二十世纪八十年代初期在我国出现以来,经过了近二十年的发展,已经初步形成了一个相对独立的金融租赁行业.金融租赁业以其独特的融资租赁优势,在引进外资和国外先进设备,促进产品销售方面发挥着越来越重要的作用.但是,我国的金融租赁业尚有不尽人意之处,本文拟从分析我国金融租赁业的现状入手,剖析制约我国金融租赁业发展的主要障碍,并在此基础上提出了对策措施,以期推动和促进我国金融租赁业的快速健康发展.

An Analysis on the Development of the Financial Leasing Industry of Our Country

The finance lease, as a kind of new-type financing way,has already formed a relatively independent financial leasing industry since appearing in our country on the initial stage of 1980's.The financial leasing industry with its unique advantage is playing a more and more important role in importing foreign capital and advanced equipments, promoting the sale of goods.However,there are some problems in the financial leasing industry.This text has analyzed the current situation of the financial leasing industry of our country,found out the main obstacles of restraining it from developing,and put forward a series of countermeasures at last,in the hope of driving and promoting a healthy and fast development of the financial leasing industry.
